Derby Moor Finalist for E4E School of the Year

This year E4E held their second annual awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements of local students, schools and volunteers. Due to Covid, this years ceremony was hosted online on Tuesday 18th August and were delighted to be able to bring some good news and joy in a time of uncertainty for many.

Every Derby City Secondary school was invited to nominate themselves for E4E School of the Year, by showing how they have generated significant impact for their students, in preparing their young people for the world of work and raising aspirations.

The judges and the sponsors of this award, Derby City Schools Forum, had a tough time selecting three finalists and an even tougher decision who should be declared School of the Year. Derby Moor and Murray Park Community School were named as finalists and St Martins School and Horizons 6th Form were named as overall winner.

 Well done, Derby Moor!
